Give us some background info as to who you are.

Andre “Crenshaw Biggie” Thomas is a 27 year old rapper who is known for lyrics that represent the pain and struggle of his childhood. Born and raised in Highland Home, Alabama, Crenshaw grew up in a single parent household. After losing his father he found comfort in the streets. At the age of 12 he was sent to boot camp where he was introduced to the art of freestyling . Once released he went back home and noticed his mother barely could make ends meet at times, surviving off welfare and food stamps. Crenshaw went back to the streets in an attempt to help his mother and younger brother. At the age of 17 he went to prison. It was in prison he met Ronnie Pugh who taught him how to write music. Ronnie’s inspiration influenced Crenshaw to pursue a musical career.
