Shaany LaBrea in Los Angeles, CA before studio session
Contrary to the southern regions generating today’s popular music, the west coast is home to some of the most respected story tellers in the music industry. Recording artist Shaany LaBrea hails from the greater Los Angeles area (Crenshaw District to be exact). LaBrea was born in Inglewood and wears it with pride, his music definitely reps the fact he’s spent most of his adult life in and out of the ‘Wood. “Big Bro”, which officially released February 24th, 2023, is Mr. LaBrea in his absolute prime.

This may be your first hearing of Shaany, but he is definitely no stranger to the game. His debut album “The City Life is My Life” was released January 1st, 2004 via SounKing Music.
