Shemon Luster is a R&B artist, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Born and raised in Rockford, IL. He is heavily influenced by the church, plus his creative and vocal abilities as an artist, easily puts him in comparisons with musical greats such as Kanye West, Prince, Pharrell Williams, D’Angelo and many more as he writes, produced, and engineers his own work. Shemon’s musical beginnings in the COGIC church, where he fluently played 3 instruments and sang in the choir. Later he reunited with family in Prince George’s County, Maryland and grew his teen years in the DMV where he began to blossom heavily as a producer/songwriter at the age of 15. Shemon began working with some of the biggest artists in the DMV area after many took a liking to the kid’s musicality to be so young.
Shemon later moved to Atlanta where he became a go-to songwriter and producer for Sony Music Publishing and many of the up-and-coming artists in the city’s outstanding musical landscape. It was there Shemon fully made the transition to being an artist. He dropped his single “High Tolerance” in 2020 which he wrote and produced himself, and later “Think Twice.” Now, Shemon is currently working on his debut project under his label Savage Lanier Records, which he is producing with his production team, which is set to drop in summer of 2022. He recently dropped his new single “Dive In” which he collaborated on with Platinum Atlanta producer Phenom da Don and J. Minor that is buzzing heavy in the R&B music landscape. The single has already received co-signs from T-Pain, as well as Veteran Hip Hop producer Timbaland, who stamped Shemon and producer Phenom Da Don. Safe to say, Shemon’s superstar potential is becoming noticed at large.
