On November 1st, 1989, Ronald Garrett Bey was cosmically born with an extraordinary musical gift. Taking on the stage name “Sheik Ron,”  because of his Moorish Science Temple background. His life was heavily influenced by award winning billboard charted artists such as Stevie Wonder, Jackson 5, Al Green, Earth Wind and Fire, The Chi-Lites, Lauren Hill, the Roots, A Tribe called Quest, Rakim, 50 Cent, Eminem, 3LW, Aaliyah, Akon, Ludacris, Mary J.
